Checklists and Certificates

Here are some of the documents we use at Labcare. These are preventive maintenance checklists. Each checklist shows the instrument identification information at the top of the page and the steps to be taken for each preventive maintenance visit down the left hand column. There are four columns in the center of the page, one for each visit. When a step is completed by the Labcare service specialist they will make a notation in the adjacent box that corresponds to the key at the bottom of the page. The preventive maintenance steps are based on the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and our years of experience with each piece of equipment.
