Essential Information About Labcare’s Rates and Warranties
Service Charges
The service charge for both labor and travel is charged at the current rate per hour plus a milage charge round trip. Rates for afterhours labor and travel is charged at 1.5 times the current rates. Charges for regular preventive maintenance visits are quoted on an annual basis and include all labor and travel. Parts used for preventive maintenance will be billed at the time of the visit. Payment terms are Net Thirty (30) days.
Travel Charges
Travel charges are based on actual travel time required at the current labor rates.
Warranty
Service is warranted for thirty (30) days after completion. Warranty is specifically limited to those replacement part(s) or component(s) replaced during the service visit. Labcare warrants that the part(s) will be of merchantable quality and free of defects in material and workmanship. If a defect in material or workmanship occurs within the specified thirty (30) days Labcare will replace the applicable defective component(s) or replacement part(s) at no charge to the customer and no travel will be charged on the return trip. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Correction of defects in material and workmanship shall fulfill all liabilities of Labcare to the customer resulting from the service performed or parts provided under this Agreement. This represents Labcare’s sole obligation with respect to damages whether direct, incidental or consequential, resulting from the service performed or part(s) provided under this Agreement.
Additional Parts Warranty
Any additional manufacturer’s warranty will apply on all parts installed.
Service Hours
Labcare will provide service during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Monday through Friday excluding holidays observed by Labcare. After normal hours, Emergency service is available anytime at the afterhours rates listed above.
